We sat outside so not sure how it was inside. The food was pretty good, drinks too. But the waitress… I had to ask for my food 2 times (and my friend), for my cocktail 3 or even 4 times. She acted like she can’t hear me so each time I had to repeat 3 times a simple name of the drink that I wanted. I felt really dumb.. basically had to spell it out to her and not even once. It wasn’t even loud outside. She was close to me and if she really didn’t understand, she could’ve asked that I show her what I want from the menu! I would have no problem with it. She was nice to the other table and smiling but looked down on us. Idk what we did to her, really. And we also had to ask a few times for forks while our dishes were already there for like half an hour. Imagine being hungry but not having a fork? 🤣 like how? Only later the manager came up and asked if everything was fine and I said no and explained the situation. He said my cocktail will be free of charge but I still had to wait a while. And then they still included it in the bill too😅 but when we checked and asked (I mean, if you say it’s included…), only then they changed the bill. And the tip was in the bill too… anyway, I don’t have high expectations for a service, I’m pretty chill but this was really horrible. She treated us like beneath humans! I NEVER had such a service. And it’s not a cheap place. Giving 3 stars for the service just cause the manager tried to make this situation better but if he hadn’t, it...
Read moreIf you are looking for a fresh and classy place, you need to go and get a fruity drink at Parque Bar. The thing in here is that it would be sometimes hard to get a spot, but is you are not spontaneous, you can get a reservation, I recommend the patio(if available) even in the cold winter heating is available, and it has a cover. So wind won’t bother you at all. Menu is big and interesting Try asking for that weeks menu, is cheaper and it will help you try new thing. Getting there is easy, located in the hearth of Palermo’s Bar area. +a lot of different and not just local alcoholics beverages food is really good and well made -food menu is tiny

Read moreWorst experience in a bar in Buenos Aires. There was a drink we ordered that was bad enough that I complained. I would be able to count on my hand the number of times I have complained at a restaurant or bar about something. Instead of being reasonable, the waitress started an argument insisting that other people like the specific cocktail. A bit of time passes and eventually the manager comes and begins to try to give me a lecture about not arguing with his waitress as if he thought he was teaching me a lesson or like he was trying to be my father. Very disrespectful and uneducated people with no concept of service. I don't...
