Hi, we are the couple with a small child who waited 30 minutes to get an outdoor table — quiet and fresh. The completely incompetent manager, Lionel, seated two guests who arrived 30 minutes after us at a table for four, leaving us with a table in full sun. When I asked what was going on, she couldn’t say or do anything to fix the situation — not even ask the other guests to move to a different table. Yes, I ended up speaking directly with the guests, and they told me the manager had said there was another table for four for us — but it was already occupied. Most likely Lionel was not following any logic, not even common sense. She just stood off to the side with a blank stare while her colleagues tried to figure out what was happening.
Stéphane was one of the few who spoke English. Man, you really helped ease the situation. Thank you so much for taking the time to address this issue and for the excellent service you provided. I wish you great success in your career — I’m sure you’ll go far! As always, the food was...
Read moreThe good: pasta truly al dente, once you order, it comes quickly. Portions are ok, and food is tasty. They always have a gluten free option which is great.
The bad: the service. It takes forever and is inattentive. We had to wait with our dishes getting cold for the waitress to come and serve us cheese for several minutes. Yeah, they don't want you to over indulge in cheese. They also charge extra for any non-basic sauce and for either the butter or the oil you may want to dip your waiting bread in. Amazing.

El lugar está muy bien decorado, armonioso y confortable, me pareció más para amigos o familia que para parejas, si bien vimos muchas parejas cenando como nosotros. Hay una mesa para 8 muy amplia que, a la vez que ofrece dicha comodidad, brinda una sensación familiar y acogedora. Entrada: pedimos las peras con queso azul, jamón crudo y nuez: Riquísimas!!, no dejen de probarlas, es un 10 total. La comida: pedimos ravioli di ricotta de masa verde con manteca y salvia que, para la próxima pido otro plato, porque hay mejores de verdad (no fue mi mejor elección), y spaghetti a la tinta de calamar con camarones, nos gustó muchísimo. Postre: Les aviso que los Profiteroles son imperdibles, una presentación delicada y un sabor exquisito. Servicio: nos gustó la recepción del pan envuelto en papel para llevar, si uno lo desea.
