Soultani Kosher Pizza Place — Restaurant in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

This is a Kosher restaurant that specializes in Italian inspired food such as pizzas and pasta dishes. I had a large pizza with tomatoes, onions, olives and mushrooms and it was delicious and prepared promptly. The pizza had lots of each topping I ordered and lots of cheese. The crust was well done and crispy. The service staff was friendly and understood some English so I had no difficulty in ordering. The restaurant has a casual and comfortable ambiance and the restroom was well maintained. The cost of my meal was reasonable. Not our favourite kosher restaurant in the area. First - pizza is very different in BA to other countries and we were particularly keen. My daughter went for a ravioli which wasn't well presented. The fries/chips are good but pricey. If it was the only restaurant in the neighbour we would try some other things but...

Lamentablemente tengo que dejar una reseña muy negativa. Llamamos con anticipación el domingo a las 18 hs para pedir una pizza y asegurarnos de disfrutar una buena cena en familia. Nos dijeron que llegaría entre las 19:45 y 20 hs. A las 20:15, al ver que no llegaba, volvimos a llamar y nos aseguraron que el pedido ya estaba por salir. Terminó llegando recién a las 21:30.

Una total falta de consideración, dedicación y servicio. En lugar de disfrutar un momento en familia, fue una situación de estrés y malestar. Cuando llegó el delivery, le pedimos algún tipo de compensación mínima por la espera absurda y debido que tuvimos que pedir en otro lado—ni siquiera una disculpa formal. Nada. Se fue como si nada hubiera pasado.

Me da muchísima pena, porque este lugar debería ser un ejemplo dentro de la comunidad de comida kosher, pero así no se puede seguir. Espero sinceramente que los dueños se pongan las pilas y reviertan esta forma de trabajar, el servicio fue...
