Chachingo Arístides — Restaurant in Mendoza

The place looked nice, but that's were things ended. The worst was the food. The empanadas were revolting. My friend ate only a couple of bites despite being hungry, so I tried them too - the Saltena I had to just spit out as the beef tasted completely off. The ham & cheese one was also pretty disgusting and impossible to eat. Easily the worst empanadas I had anywhere, just inedible. I myself had the fries which were about average, but all the cheddar was stuck at the bottom instead of being on top. The staff seemed quite clueless and we had to remind them on two occasions about our drink orders. So either they forgot or it just took so long. Their beer is average, nowhere near the quality of Pirca or 23 Rios,...

The food was good, the drinks were very good and the music was amazing. All of this ruined by the horrible attention from one of the waitresses, the older lady. She was very rude from the begging, until the last moment. She tried to rush us on several occasions to free the table, she put a "reserved" sign on our table while we were still eating, and all while having very bad manners. Dear owner, for your information we were willing to spend a lot more money on the place and ended up just having a few drinks and leaving cause we were mistreated by this lady. Arrived while dinner was still being served. ordered 2 beers and 1 meal. It took 30 minutes to receive the drinks. After waiting for an additional 30 minutes, we asked when the meal would arrive. The waiter suddenly did not understand English. We asked another waiter for help. He explained that the dish we ordered was no longer being served at that time, but we could order something else. He told us that fries would arrive quickly. So we ordered fries. It took 30 MORE minutes for fries to be served. HORRIBLE service. Nothing was done to accommodate us for such a bad experience either.
