𝒦-𝓂𝒾𝓍 – 𝗞𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗗 — Restaurant in Municipio de Córdoba

I'm sometimes picky about how I expect food to taste and Asian cuisine is no exception. I grew up on futomaki rolls (Japanese kimbap, basically) I've discovered a lot of things here in Córdoba have had their flavours adapted to the local food availability and preferences. This isn't a surprise, but sometimes I really just want something to taste the way I expect it to. This is especially true of comfort foods. This little treasure of a restaurant saved my belly and my taste buds this evening when I just needed a bowl of familiarity to eat. I had the combo B with semi-spicy ramyeon and a kimbap roll. I ordered some mandu (dumplings) on the side, just to taste them. I used a local delivery service because I've been too sick to go out. Everything arrived quickly, hot, and tasty. Ramyeon was delicious with fat noodles and a good texture. There was zero spice, however. :( A yummy egg was on top and it felt like I'd made it myself at home. The kimbap was well prepared and included a bit of what I think was beef. The danmuji (pickled radish) could've had a bit more vinegar. Same for the rice, but overall it tasted like I wanted and was a good texture. My mandu fillings were also good, though I have noted the Asian style dumplings here seem to have a more crumbled texture to the meat in the filling. More like empanadas. I don't like that, but it was a small thing. If I want something in particular, I suppose I'll just have to make it myself, but for a Korean take out restaurant in the middle of Argentina, I was satisfied and full with leftover kimbap and mandu! I didn't rate the service or atmosphere because I ordered in. I left a star off the full rating because my containers were either too difficult to open or the lids would not stay on after the layers of smelly cling film were removed. Also the missing spice in my ramyeon was sad for me. Thank you for feeding me tonight, K-Mix! And thank you for tasting more like home when I needed it. An amazing Korean restaurant in the heart of Cordoba! We each had a drink, a main and a dessert and spent around 20.000 each - we thought this was a really good price for the high standard of the food! I had Combo C which was Kimbap and Gangeong (fried chicken), which were both delicious! The chicken had a thin crispy coating and was coated in a delicious spicy sauce and was probably my favourite! The food was served with kimchi (absolutely amazing!), cucumber kimchi, a potato side, and a peanut side - all of which were lovely, but the kimchi was my favourite. After 3 months of travelling South America this was the perfect restaurant for something a bit different to what is normally on offer, and I’m so glad I came! In addition to the amazing food, the staff are lovely and found us a walk-in table on what was clearly a busy night, and the service was fast and very good. 100% recommend...

Я люблю поужинать горячим, вкусным супом, и всякий раз в своих поездках хорошо знаю — корейский ресторанчик (где бы то он ни был) - отличный вариант удовлетворить мои запросы! И так, начну с главного:

Суп юкеджан был подан горячим, как и положено, но почти не острым (что странно) и сильно пересоленным, но это я поняла уже почти в конце, когда он слегка остыл и вкус стал более выразительным. К тому же, в нём отсутствовала бататовая лапша, которая должна быть в классическом варианте. Закуски, оказались вкусными, в меру острыми. Кимпабы тоже удались, хотя оригинальный рецепт с ветчиной мне нравится больше.

Меня немного расстроило неимение корейских напитков в наличии и в целом маленький выбор подходящий напитков — хотелось бы больше внимания к аутентичным деталям.

Теперь о том, что хотелось бы улучшить. Меня встретил не официант, а повар, так как кухня у них открытая и находится почти у самого входа. Официантка при этом видела меня, но не проявила никакой инициативы. При минимальной загрузке заведения! Настроение официантки которая принимала у меня заказ было вообще не расположенным, закрытым и даже мрачным. Телефон в руках на рабочем месте — ещё одна деталь, которую сложно не заметить.

Даже с появлением хозяина ресторана - в зале атмосфера не изменилась: персонал, включая поваров, выглядел расслабленно и без особой вовлечённости.

В целом, это место с потенциалом: хорошее меню, приятная идея с фотозоной, но сервис и дисциплина персонала явно нуждаются в доработке. Надеюсь, в будущем здесь станет больше внимания к...
