we sat down for a nice lunch, which ended up being the worst service experience we ever had. we ordered a different meal each, none of us liked the food, but two meals were particularly just awful! i ordered the mushroom gnocchi, the sauce was literal water, probably heated up in the microwave. my friend ordered the potato puree, it was grainy, and tasted like margarine. neither of us usually says something during these situations but honestly our food was just inedible. we called the waitress over to explain the situation - to which she said “it is not her problem”. then whose problem is it exactly? the customer isn’t enjoying the food so its the customers problem???? and the rudest part - in the middle of our meal the waitress handed over the bill and told us we had to pay immediately because they’re closing. she refused to remove the two meals we complained we practically couldn’t eat because of how horrible they were. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!

Entered there accidentally as its close to the lake and has a view. But this was it. Customer service is poor. We were waiting to get menu for ages. Ordered three different meals and all of them were bad. Trucha was burned, salmon was over cooked, meat was very bad. In the end they brought a bill with tips already included however it’s illegal. Obviously we didn’t leave tips but were disappointed....

worst restaurant ever. we ordered medium well steak, the careless waitress was totally mind absent, turned out a rare steak on the table. we were rushing to the airport and asked for return, the male waiter apoligied and said yes. but the waitress came back with reheated steak, forced us to take away. worst service ever. force customer to accept...
