Nené Bar — Restaurant in Municipio de San Carlos de Bariloche

We stumbled across this “bar” to have a few cocktails while we decided on where to eat. Needless to say we NEVER would have expected the amazing menu that came along with the highly curated cocktails. We live in the US on the West Coast and always have fresh farm to table food available. I was shocked that the upstairs local spot had such amazing, fresh, unique and delicious dishes! I would put their food up against ANY restaurant in San Francisco or Seattle! We went there two days in a row and the second day I gave our waitress Aien, free rein to bring us what she would recommend. Over the course of two days we had half of their menu and several of the drinks. ALL,I mean ALL, of it was spectacular!

This place was really cool - we had some cocktails that were very suited to the Argentinian pallet. It’s a very interesting take where you have a mix of Italian influences in amaros with Latin hints

The food we got was the tonelo which they actually do w pork instead of veal. That was very good and we did this pear and yogurt dish which is a Patagonian grown fruit. That was spectacular

Then the GM and the bartender and us were chatting we had a wine tasting experience where we were guided through the new wines on the block.

Overall a great experience, with great flavors and great service. It was a bit chill for a Friday night but...

Recientemente estuve en Nené bar el domingo para sus sesiones de Jazz en vivo y en general tuve una gran experiencia. La música y el ambiente fueron fantásticos, creando una atmósfera muy agradable. Sin embargo, debo mencionar algunos aspectos en los que podrían mejorar. En primer lugar, el servicio fue un poco lento. Tomó más tiempo del esperado recibir nuestras órdenes y conseguir la atención del personal. A pesar de esto, fueron amables y serviciales. Lo más destacado de la noche fue, sin duda, la deliciosa tabla de quesos. Por otro lado, las bebidas estuvieron bien (Gin), pero había demasiado hielo, lo que hacía que lo que tomabas en si fuera poco. Esto podría mejorarse para asegurar una experiencia de bebida más satisfactoria. Aunque la cerveza que pedimos de Wesley, estaba muy buena, era notablemente más cara en comparación con otros lugares. El precio más alto fue una pequeña desventaja, pero considerando el ambiente agradable y la experiencia general, casi pasó a un segundo plano. Los precios en general no son baratos para los argentinos, pero son razonables para personas de otros países. El área cubierta del bar estaba bastante calurosa. Sería genial si mejoraran la ventilación en esa zona. A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, definitivamente le daría otra oportunidad a Nené bar. El ambiente y la energía del lugar realmente fueron agradables, y es fácil pasar por alto las pequeñas fallas cuando te sientes bien rodeado de una gran multitud. Espero volver para disfrutar más música y explorar más opciones del menú. La cantante Camila fue INCREÍBLE, sin ninguna duda la mejor de la noche! Nivel internacional aunque es nativa de Bariloche 🙌 súper profesional, voz poderosa, increíble performance.
