LO DE CHACHO TRATTORIA GOURMET — Restaurant in San Martín de los Andes

The best meal we have had so far on our trip to Argentina was at Lo de Chacho. A little cosy place (even if it was across a games arcade) that gave us exquisite food, clearly cooked with love and talent. We came to Argentina with great anticipation for the food and wine, and we prioritised it! We tried to hunt for the recommended places, ate at Michelin-starred restaurants…. This meal was divine and beat the others. We went all deer (ciervo), starting with a provoleta with dried deer and tomatoes, then ravioli stuffed with deer, mine with the mushroom sauce and my husband’s with cream. What a wonderful Italian restaurant. The pasta dishes are all amazing🍝. You can either choose a combination of pasta type (traditional or stuffed) and sauces, or already made dishes. Es importante recordarle al comercio la ley 24240 que establece la obligatoriedad de emitir factura, la cual tributa los impuestos y no entregar comandas o cupones no válidos como factura puesto que los precios que ellos exiben cuentan con el IVA incluido y al darte un comprobante no fiscal se está incurriendo en el incumplimiento de la ley así como pedirte que pagues en efectivo o transferencia bancaria. Y si van a hacer esto tienen que descontarle al consumidor final el IVA así como los demás impuestos que tributan los establecimientos.

Es una lástima que cobren tan caro, incluso más caro que en Buenos Aires pero no puedan dar una factura como corresponde. Debut y despedida para el lugar.

No es malicioso es una obligación legal que el comercio la entregue no es optativo y si piden que se pague con efectivo o transferencia es una tendencia que poseen. Y lo de bariloche no es caro por que ellos están pagando IVA, INGRESOS BRUTOS Y GANANCIAS por el ticket fiscal que emiten, todos los impuestos que ustedes no están tributando, te invito a que saques la cuenta de cuanto es sobre la factura y vas a ver la diferencia de por que uno es caro y el otro no.
