I have to say that my experience was disappointing. The eastern lady who served me was great. She was really nice but when other staff took over it went down hill. The attitude hit me straight away. No smile no thank you nothing. I was taken back by this. The reason I came here was because of the reviews. I ordered The Godzilla (left burger in the picture) and the The Chad (right burger in the picture). Where do I begin. It was just a slop. I don't mind that at times when done right. But because there was no flavour. ( I know I was just surprised as you are reading this because of the other reviews about this place) The meat patty was dry and flavourless. Then you get to the Chicken and unfortunately it was the same. Mine tasted like the chicken was cooked in old oil. I thought it was a once of but my wife's burger the Chad was bland and tasteless to. We vary rarely not finish our burgers but this was one of those times. The mushroom tasted wrong the chicken was flavourless and dry as well. Her chicken was a lot darker than mine. This was my first time here and I ordered the "127 ways to die" burger. On the menu it said that it contains Cajun beef, jalapeños, habanero hot sauce, chilli and Chipotle aioli, plus a couple other things. This list, plus the name, had me thinking this would be a burger that was going to attempt to physically harm me - my kind of burger!

The burger itself had good flavour, but, after the big buildup, I was very disappointed with the heat level - a KFC zinger is hotter, and it's name suggests you'll get a zing out of it, not that it's trying to kill you.

Habanero Chillies are in the super-hot category, which most people will never attempt to eat, so if you're advertising that your product contains habanero hot sauce, in my opinion it should be something that the average person wouldn't be comfortable eating.

Best Burgers ever, however I got served by a very rude young lady over the weekend, First we ordered and our order was stuffed up than the manger (maybe owner) come over and started yelling at the girl for messing up the order, we probably stood there for about 10 minutes just trying order 2 burgers and fries. We got over charged, while we were waiting for our food we had to listen/watch the staff yelling/swearing at eachother. Once received our food the burgers were all wrong, chips were reheated I watched this being done and our apology was free chips. NO THANK YOU, I do not want refried chips. Than the staff made me feel like I made the problems. You pay so much for these burgers and fries the least you would like is decent service and FRESH FOOD. A workplace is about team work, maybe don’t have a open kitchen if you can’t stick to professional Guidelines. Won’t be coming back again. Waste of...
