This morning I went there and bought a chicken roll after seeing the online price which was of $7. After paying it I realised that they have charge $9.50. When I called them back not for asking my money back but to just aware them, the lady over the call started reacting very rude and said the prices increased and we forgot to update the price online. Her words were you can't ring us for that its your mistake as it was not an online order. Instead of doing a good customer service she started putting the blame on me and she hung up without even finishing the conversation and when I called her back she did not answer. Went there for nearly a full year every day, sometimes twice a day as i work close. Most days spent over 30 dollars and bought food for other people. Food was amazing at first then the quality went down hill. Had a break for a week and went back and barely got a good portion. Paid for extra meat for a while but that didnt last long as I progressively got less and less. I spoke to them and expressed my displeasure as a everyday customer but they didnt care. Thoroughly dissatisfying that it has ended like this, wont go there again as there is no loyalty for regular customers and they obviously only care about turning a profit. 10/10 would not go out of my way to come here. The best to order from this place is the Combination Banh Mi. It's a perfect combination of pork, beef and chicken with the freshness of pickled raddish and carrot and a lot of chilli inside the crispy Vietnamese Rolls. Just a perfect lunch! The service is quick and staff are friendly.
