Last night our 3 generation family shared a wonderful evening at Tafe’s Graduate Restaurant. The staff were a delight. They were respectful, charming, observant & appropriately reactionary. The food was outstanding, with exceptional effort given to the plating. Our family members were extremely impressed with the range of choices & each of us was delighted with the courses we selected. Our only concern was that the restaurant was not fully booked. There is nowhere else in Adelaide that you could possibly get such true value for money. This experience should be enjoyed by many others. On the drive home from the restaurant every family member agreed we should repeat this experience as many times as possible. I urge others who enjoy silver service, superb food & extremely reasonably priced beverages to make a restaurant reservation as soon as possible.

All the taste balance great and colour match great also excellent understanding single ingredients. It means that I’ve used all my senses. Sometimes chefs delivery food to table, it was great to communication to customer with Back of house. We only had 3 front of house people include bartender. Our group 5people wanted to share for all different food. When it finished courses they change dishes and cutlery. They were busy, but they supported our table well, so our group were not bored during the two hours of service. The price was very good. Maybe they'll only get charge for the ingredients. The Graduate Restaurant is a training restaurant and the menu changes every 3 weeks. Tonight we had pork belly with pineapple chips, duck two ways. The pork belly was sensational. Skin could have been crisp, but the meat was full of flavour, the sauce was well seasoned and the pineapple added a surprise sour twist. A pleasure to eat. While the duck was cooked well and presented well, it was good, but the pork was a star. The staff strived for silver service standard. Some excelled in customer interaction. All were attentive.
