Very bad experience at Adisi, the service was very rude from the barista. We ordered two decaf piccolo and a small capuccino, the barista first bring to us two piccolo and we asked if it was decaf because she didn't mention about it, she said to us with a very disappointed face; it was decaf?... So she just removed the two piccolo in very bad manners and she went back to make another two. Then she came back with only two piccolo and bang it on the table, I mean only two piccolo, because she bring only the glass with coffee but no coffee spoon, not napkins, no chocolate, no sugar and not saucer like it was previously. So we ask if we can have a coffee spoon... Without said at once sorry, she get a very long spoons and dropped on the table... ( Long spoon like milk- shake) With the actual covid19 situation, a barista dropping spoons on a customers table is not really hygienic, not hygienic in any circumstances. She was very, very rude what she did. I am interested to meet the owner of this shop, because with a barista like this, the customers will stay away like us from now on. If we come back it's only to meet the owner and ask if is normal such as bad customer service in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wish I could give this place 0 stars. First off, the staff need a reality check with their attitude. Not only were the staff rude & abrupt, they also made disgusting comments about other customers loud enough for everyone waiting in line to hear. I have visited this place everyday this week wishing that the service would be better as the coffee is quite nice but it is so disappointing to see how the staff feel so entitled to treat others with no respect. Secondly, the cafe seemed to be quite busy but again, the same staff member who was rude & abrupt decided it was more important to check their phone & eat their toast over the coffee machine/coffee cups. This is disappointing to see & I do not wish anyone the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI often grab a coffee, not sure why now, after shopping and have to wait 5mins or more, standing in the aisle while the staff finally get around to it. I can understand when it's busy, but at 8.30 am on a Saturday with more staff than customers, I got my coffee after several minutes only to wait another 5 mins while they heated up an expensive, tiny Sausage Roll for me. The girl making the food was casually making a meal for a sit down customers and then proceeded to have a long chat with the table and then wandered over to chat with someone at the serving counter. The lad making the coffee saw me STILL standing there and did her job for her. I won't be back as apparently I'm either invisible...
