Although the drinks are delicious here the customer service was unpleasant. I came here with my sister on the 11/10/24 at 5:20pm and waited for our online order that we had ordered on our way. We waited for the time where our screen told us they were ready before going to the counter where we were met with the most uninterested and rude worker who told us to wait a minute. She then only just began making our orders and once finished (30 minutes wait total) told us that we have to let her know that we have ordered next time. I love my gong cha I get it almost every single day and this is the closest one to home most of the staff are absolutely amazing except one staff member I found her extremely rude and unpleasant almost zero customer service skills every time I am served by her and as a regular customer to this establishment it’s quite repulsive. Today's service dissapointed a whole family... we arrived 20 minutes before the close time and the blonde staff member refused to provide service for green fruit teas claiming they would have to throw out the tea if they opened it. They would only offer black tea which we simply don't drink.
