Sajad Bakery — Restaurant in Adelaide

Absolutely disappointed with Sajad bakery, they had this business for many years yet no improvement at all. The quality of sweets are good however prices are extremely expensive. With being in business for so many years still refuse to put price tag or a name tag for sweets for people knowing what they are ordering. Rather than constantly battling to ask stuff what it is and how much it is. 3 kilo of sweets for $99 is an absolute rip off. I asked staff how much the sweets costs, and even they dont know, they have to constantly ask someone else and of course they make mistakes during paying. A customer prior to me made huge purchases and stuff overcharged her , she came back they dont even have tax-invoice receipt to fix the mistake , you have to hope they remember what you ordered. There is no tax invoice receipt, no price tag, no name tag, nothing about mentioning surcharge fee. There is no ordering line system, its up to whoever comes first . There should be a system, a line or at least stuff to remember...

I have purchased sweets from your establishment on three separate occasions, and on each of those occasions, the sweets have unfortunately not been fresh. My understanding, based on reviews I've seen (a photo from another reviewer is included as I don't know the product name), is that old sweets are topped with sugar water and resold as fresh. I have also had a similar experience with another type of sweet containing cream and nuts. This place was horrible never going back here again. the photo on the right is what i ordered and the one on the left is what they gave me. Not only that they charged me $150, the person serving me was also very rude and when i told them that the cake was wrong they denied it saying it was exactly the same she didn’t even apologise. I also got this cake for a gender reveal and if i was to ask you what you think it was for without telling im 100% sure you wouldn’t have guessed for a gender reveal. I don’t recommend...
