Amigo's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Adelaide

Ok. I don’t really know where to start. Let’s start with the baby that was getting the nappy changed in the front of house/dining area. Actually no let’s start from the beginning.. it was Christmas night and I was a bit peckish and I thought what a wonderful night to grab my family a pizza, which was possibly a worse experience than my last divorce!!! I rang up at approx 9:20pm and was told it would be 40 minute wait time, so I was pretty understanding and was happy to wait. When I went to collect the pizzas exactly 40 minutes later, got out of my car walked to towards the shop and smelt the lovely fragrance of pizza, only for that to all come crashing down when I entered and got slapped in the face with a fair wiff of sweat. The gentleman behind the counter (excessively lacking in costumer service told me it would be an extra 10 minutes on the wait, i came back and recieved my pizza about 25 minutes after that! I then left, took a bite out of my pizza and vomited several times in my mouth. So I chucked a u bolt to return Freddy krugar aka the pizzas only to find a baby being charged on a table in the dining area of the shop.. copped maccas on the way home! How...

I would like to bring this matter to attention please read!!!! I order tonight and was shocked and disgusted I found a band aid on my pizza!!! I mistaken it for a piece of chicken!!! Immediately regurgitated, and continue to feel sick to my stomach!!! I rang up about it and had to argue about getting a full refund kept getting offered a replacement but I'll never eat anything from there again!! I and again to find out when I can get it. We ordered six fried chicken wings and six grilled chicken wings via ubereats, and the fried chicken wings were raw. I understand there may be some slight pinkness on the bone, but these were bloody and you could tell the meat was still uncooked. I called the restaurant up to let them know and express my worry, and they were very blasé about it, only saying sorry once and offering the cost of the wings off our next order if we order through the restaurant directly... For being sent raw chicken this is extremely disappointing customer service; considering the potential consequences.
