I recently had a disappointing experience here. The staff members I encountered were shockingly unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that they lacked any sort of customer service skills.
Firstly, their attitude was dismissive and rude. When I approached the counter to place my order, the staff seemed completely disinterested in helping me. They barely made eye contact and responded to my questions in a curt and impatient manner. It was as if they were bothered by my presence and wanted me to hurry up and leave.
Furthermore, their lack of knowledge and care for their own menu was astonishing. When I inquired about the ingredients in a particular pizza, the staff member I spoke to seemed clueless and uninterested in finding out. They simply shrugged and said, 'I don't know, just order something else.' This level of apathy and disregard for their customers' needs is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the staff didn't even bother to maintain basic hygiene standards. I noticed one employee handling money and then proceeding to handle food without washing their hands. This disregard for basic food safety practices is not only unprofessional but also potentially hazardous to customers' health.
Overall, my experience with the staff at this pizza shop was highly unprofessional and left a lasting negative impression. Their rude demeanor, lack of knowledge, and disregard for hygiene standards make it clear that they have little regard for providing quality customer service. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere...

Like I said I'm not a parmi person, why would I agree to accepting something I wouldn't enjoy? I ordered over the phone, the lady on the phone should have mentioned you don't do mushroom gravy rather than doing a mushroom topping to the schnitzel without confirming with me first. Read moreThoroughly disappointed with the service experience last night. Placed a phone order at 6.30 and told it would be 30 mins or maybe a little longer. The phone order itself was extremely frustrating as the operator could not understand clear requests and constantly had to ask for assistance. I arrived at 7.00 paid for the meal and was told it was not ready. At 7.15 I was told their was an ingredient missing for 1 of the meals and asked if I wanted to change it. The meal was finally brought out at 7.45...... 45mins longer than I was told when placing the order. What infuriated me the most was there was absolutely NO form of apology for the delay!!.
