Called once, no answer jsut voicemail. Then twice and then three times. Thought they may be busy. Waited 15m called twice. Rang through no pickup, then again and got picked up and jsut played this loud beeping noise and then hung up. Waited 30m then and once again. Called twice. No answer. It’s a shame the customer service is appalling and the franchise owner has no clue what the word “customer service” is judging my his replies on other people’s reviews. If you can’t pick up a phone call and take an order people won’t want to order from you. It’s convenient and saves time for those looking for a quick easy fix. If you want to complain about “no shows” figure out a way around it like all other businesses do apart from yours. You are a franchise, means you uphold standards required to you of the franchise. The place is a throw back to the days we would eat fish regularly. One thing is for sure, they were pretty quick on the delivery. The calamari/squid and prawns were average. Most likely enjoyed by anyone even if your not a seafood fan. There taste is very light, and easily drowned by the strong mayonnaise/tartare sauce that's complimentary. The fish is cooked to order and they have some great ranges especially South Australian locals like Whiting, and Gar and Snapper. There flavours are light, and more of the cleanly fried breadcrumbs so really no excuses about not liking seafood. Having said that I have yet to try the Snapper or Barramundi. I was a bit overwhelmed by the amount of choices. Considering Whiting,Gar, Snapper prices at the markets, the plain prices for the fish fillets not in packs was quite reasonable. I mainly order from BB through food delivery apps, but I still need to leave a review here. Every time we order from BB, the food has been amazing. We’ve never really had anything missing from our orders, and the attention to detail is incredible. Everything is packed very well, always fresh and hot, and we even get a free extra tartare sauce here and there. They always pack extra wipes and salt for us, and the portions are perfect. When we last ordered, it was 10 minutes until closing time, and they STILL cooked everything perfectly and got it out to us really quickly. We felt so bad ordering late but they still provided amazing food and service, especially cooking on a very hot summer day.
