**Review of Little Nadang** If you're in the mood for authentic and flavorful Korean cuisine, Little Nadang is a must-visit spot. Located in a cozy corner, this restaurant offers a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. The menu is a delightful exploration of Korean comfort food, with a variety of dishes that are both traditional and innovative. Their **Kimchi Jjigae** (kimchi stew) is a standout—spicy, savory, and perfectly balanced. The **Bulgogi** (marinated beef) is tender and grilled to perfection, while the **Bibimbap** comes with a beautifully arranged assortment of vegetables, eggs, and a hint of gochujang (Korean chili paste) to tie everything together. What truly sets Little Nadang apart, however, is the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in each dish. Every bite tastes fresh and full of depth, as if it were made with care and passion. The side dishes, or **banchan**, are equally impressive, offering a variety of pickled vegetables and other small treats that complement the main dishes beautifully. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming environment that enhances the overall dining experience. Whether you're a Korean food aficionado or a first-timer, Little Nadang does an excellent job of introducing you to the rich flavors of Korean cuisine. Overall, Little Nadang is a gem for anyone craving a satisfying and authentic Korean meal in a relaxed, inviting setting. Highly recommended!

First visit:I really liked the crab roe Bánh canh cua, every dish was delicious. Second visit: Pad Thai:don’t order it. There was too little noodles, they were overcooked and mushy, completely lacking texture, and the flavor couldn’t compare to authentic Thai Pad Thai. I really wish they would make a new one. Don’t wanna grab second bite … Rice cake :it was okay, like a street snack. You can choose between dry and wet; I went with wet, which adds an extra layer of sauce. Overall, it was crispy and refreshing. Combination main platter same as last time. but meat pieces were too big this time. Before ordering, I’d suggest asking them to cut the pork into smaller pieces so it’s easier to wrap. Also, if you want an extra serving of lettuce, you’ll need 4 AUD . Lettuce not cheap to be honest….Wrapping a few rolls made me feel full, so we skipped ordering rice noodle this time. A traditional Vietnamese sweet drink is always a must.

Food: we ordered 2 x noodle dishes and 1 x salt and pepper squid. the food was great and tasted authentic. Service: non existent. We waited for approx 10 mins before I asked for our order to be taken. I had to ask for table water and also plates to eat off as we ended up sharing all meals. We ordered 3 mains and each main came out separately with a lengthy wait of approx 20mins in between each. Our group ended up sharing each meal due to the long waits and almost considered cancelling the last meal due to waiting so long. Other tables seemed to be having the same issue of long wait times between meals coming out and whole tables not eating at same time together. Atmosphere: on arrival and when seated I noticed the filthy dirty fabric chairs and almost instantly walked out although I wanted to try the food so we stayed. I felt the atmosphere to be very chaotic and noisy. The restaurant had loud hip hop style music pumping and also a child on their digital device with the volume turned up full, the two were noises were competing with each other and to sit near this was awful. I asked for the music to be turned down and the waiter kindly lowered it slightly after some time. When I asked for table plates the staff member picked up plates and wiped them with what looked like rags that were being used to wipe down tables. Staff looked scruffy and cloths looked dirty. At the end of our meal I did raise my concern of the length of time the meals took to come out. The staffs response was that they have a small kitchen with only 2 woks and that they cook all meals in order. I’m not sure what he meant by in order as meals were randomly coming out at different times, even the table next to us had a pho come out last on their table approx 30mins after a noodle dish. I did enjoy our meal although I am not certain...

We have always loved the food here, especially the "bánh bèo, bánh hỏi, cơm đặc biệt, bún bò huế, chè thái". However, customer service has been very disappointing lately. They are very slow, inattentive and lack of communication. We understand how busy they can be and most of their staff are still learning. We honestly didn't expect much at their service but even without expectation, the service today was simply poor.

We ordered a RYO combination platter. They brought us the meat, salad and noodles but then took another 10min to bring us the rice papers and plates. We couldn't start eating the RYO without the rice papers, could we?

We also ordered the cơm đặc biệt for takeaway but when we got home there was no 'bì'. We thought they forgot to put those in so we went back to ask for those but they told us the supplier was away so they didn't have any stock. It would have been appreciated if they had told us that at the time they gave us the meal.

Overall, there are definitely a lot of rooms for improvement on their staffing, customer service, the way they handle feedbacks and keep their...
