Cafe 19 — Restaurant in Adelaide

Been coming here on and off for a few years now. Unfortunately won't be returning after today's experience. I ordered coffee and croissant. Lady just dumps the wrong order on my table and was so rude. I told her that meal isn't mine I ordered croissant. She didn't even clear the meal off my table or go get my croissant. So apologies by her which is shocking. I don't mind people accidentally making mistakes when they actually say sorry. But this rude staff member didn't say anything. I got filthy looks. I've never experienced such poor customer service before. This lady shouldn't even be waitressing or behind the counter that's how bad she was. Ordered a hamburger with the lot and a fish burger. Waitress arrives with both items, puts the hamburger down in front of my husband and walks off with the fish burger. After waiting several minutes, I ask where my burger was, waitress eventually arrives with a veggie burger. She dropped this and run, I had to chase her down to say this is not what I ordered. Several minutes after that, my fish burger arrives, where upon the waitress apologizes, it has been sitting in the kitchen. I took one bite out of it and realized it was STONE COLD, We just got up and left. The keystone cops couldn't have done a better job of messing up a simple order. To Begin with it took at least 20 minutes for the staff behind the counter to take my order as they were busy shouting at each other or playing on their phones. When I got my food after a few bites i realized that it had the taste of spoiled meat the food they served me was off and did result in severe vomiting later that night. I went to the counter to inform them that I believed the food was spoiled and asked for a refund they responded by verbally abusing me and refused to refund my money and to top it off one employee reached over the counter snatched the food out of my hand and threw it in the bin.
