Been wanting to try brio since it opened so brought the family here for my birthday brunch. In covid times we don't expect much and we wernt disappointed! Ordered gf meals and drinks but the icecoffee was topped with an unidentifiable chocolate that the staff tell me came from an unlabled packet so they made me a new one, lovely. Meals came out 35 mins later and not only was my big bfast was stone cold but the hollandaise (that I paid extra for) was more than likely straight out of the fridge. Sent it back and my meal returned warmed up minus the hollandaise and only one slice of bread (that I'd asked to be extra toasted.... was pretty much cold soggy bread) The 2 girls that were behind the counter couldn't have been nicer but the male waiters need a little training. It's not difficult to pick up the dirty dishes as you walk past. I'm sitting here an hr and a half later and the plates and glasses are still here despite the waiters walking past a dozen times! If you want sugar for your coffee or butter and salt and pepper you'll have to ask for it. On a positive note, the food was ample and tasty (once reheated) and the the menu has ample choices. $125 for 4 bfasts and 3 drinks. Will probably stick to the Espy! COME on Brio! Your Cafe looks awesome but you need to...

I have been to this cafe a lot of times for coffee and breakfast, but was longing to tryout their dinner menu we booked the table for me and wife on Valentine’s Day and I would say, ONE OF THE BEST MEAL I had in along time. From the moment we stepped in we were taken care well by the host there and ensured we got the best service, There was live music which was great aswell.

Coming to food we ordered buffalo wings - perfect starter for drinks , a little spicy as requested with little sweet after taste which was amazing.

Potato wedges - fried to best crispy outside and soft inside with Aioli it was amazing

chicken spaghetti - as requested made with chicken and little spicy which my wife loved it.

Beef Sirloin steak - Star of the day perfectly roasted outside and soft and juicy inside with mash potatoes and Sauted carrot was to die for and would come here again only for that.

Overall had an amazing dinner with wife and I was advised they have live music every Friday evening , so this is going to be our go to place for friday night dinner...

I never write a negative review unless it is truely warranted. On arrival we were given the menu, a filthy piece of paper with finger prints and food stains all over it. Repulsive and unnecessary. Then my husband paid $12 for a beer, the men were not happy. Way over priced. 3 of us ordered chicken snitty, which was so over cooked the crumbs were dark brown and dried up. The chicken in it was paper thin. It was just aweful and very poor quality. My husband was over charged by $5 which he picked up by checking the bill. Seafood was frozen and not fresh. Need I go on. It was a birthday celebration which left everyone disappointed. I would never recommend this place , and certainly will not be returning. High prices for aweful food. In fact one person refused to stay...

I had an overall good experience, thanks to kind staff and some standout dishes, but the visit was ultimately a little disappointing. On the positive side, the Pistachio Pancakes were fantastic and the Mango Salad (with recommended extra king prawns!) was well-portioned and flavorful. However, our meal started poorly—the almond croissant and donut tasted stale and unfresh. The "Big Brekkie" was big, but the accompanying mushroom was just one sad, plain slice. The venue's beautiful design is sadly cheapened by the lack of care: fake plants and menus that are clearly worn, dirty, and written over. The potential here is huge, but it's missing the crucial attention to detail that elevates a good spot into a great one.
