Indian flavours express — Restaurant in Adelaide

Worst experience ever. My friend and I visited this place few times as atmosphere was good . We went to dine in after few months today. The table we chose to sit wasn’t set . We were the customers only, restaurant wasn’t busy.Waitress brought pappadum but not any sauce. When she came next , I asked for sauce and then she brought it. Anyway we ordered the food. She put order on the table and disappeared. We had to grab cutlery and Napkins from next tables . We wanted to order more food but nobody was there so we had to go to order again. When waitress came and I asked her how we were being served wasn’t satisying. She went in the kitchen and owner came to apologise. I accepted that. We ordered tea after meal. She brought tea and I just said that I am sorry, I wasn’t mean because I tried to make her comfortable and her reaction surprised me. She said , ‘you were mean.’ I had no words for that attitude. Frustrating experience while handling customers on call, very rude and nothing being answered for what being asked. If someone new to the city and want to explore Indian food , you guys have to handle the customers in a kind way. I tried to call today Saturday 9.50PM under impression shop will be closing 10PM, I was telling want to order some food and I will pick up but the person who picked the call was so rude without even listening how can we prepare 5-10mins. Later I asked what’s special for today menu he said nothing special. Then I have opened website menu asked Duck Masala he said we don’t have duck masala. Bad food, bad service. Ordered entree tasting plates both were missing the lamb chop and both contained a completely raw prawn. Hadnt even touched a pan. Malai kofta was inedible clearly an old serve that they had tried (badly) to reheat, and the goat curry was 90%bone not meat. I returned the food to the restaurant to show them. They agreed the seafood was raw and said it was their mistake, with no apology, but was dismissive and argued about refund. Order was placed through eatclub, now have to try get a refund...
