HORRIBLE! Didn't deliver our whole order, so the delivery guy said to call the store to fix it. The guy on the phone said sorry, we will send out the rest... THEY then called back to say sorry the boss says it's too expensive, you have to pay for a second delivery charge. What the heck! We already paid for the delivery and you forgot some of our order.

Absolutely Disgraceful Behaviour.

Can accept a genuine mistake, but the response was extremely poor.

Also we never got some food that we ordered.

Yes we ordered food, which you failed to deliver. If you failed in the taking of the order, making of the order, or the delivery, I can't say. But I am sure that it wasn't delivered, resulted in dissatisfaction and was not...

Good value for money. Friendly service But this place could be so much better Ordered a fish pack but got no lemon, that’s a must! When selling Seafood add small piece of lemon it goes a long way Chips, seasoning and Tartare sauce is dated something out of the 80s not sure what I was eating there But main reason for not giving more stars is while waiting I saw staff member took coins from customer and immediately started making pizza, didn’t wash hands in between. After seeing that I started to wonder what else is wrong here, I looked at the clock and the amount of oil on the painted walls is not good. My advice here is for the owner to take a nice holiday visit other chips shops taste the difference and come back with passion and turn this...

Asked for an extra light drizzle of garlic sauce on half my family pizza and was quoted 3 dollars so thats 6 dollars for an extra light drizzle on a whole family pizza ...I repeat 6 dollars ...curious ...worth it ??? Fyi...I declined and will now shop around. A shame when it was free previously and I would not have shopped around. Small price to pay for regular repeat business ...instead they got greedy ...between myself and house mates it's multiple orders weekly. So just got the pizza and it was very bland...asked specifically for seafood, olives and anchovies...very scarce to say the least ...and prawns ...baby baby size ...hence no flavour ...will not go back.
