I went to this cibo with my 3 friends to enjoy a nice evening. I was NOT impressed from the minute we were being served. The lady at the counter was rude to my friend who was trying to be helpful and had a bad attitude the whole time we were there. It didn’t stop there. We sat down and when I got my Nutella bombalini its was burnt. And I’m not talking about a little brown. It was BLACK. I tried to ignore it but I couldn’t so I walked up to the counter and politely asked if it was ok for it to be replaced. She looked at me and took the plate from my hand. No apology and frankly no words at all. THEN my friends and I received our milkshakes. 2 of my friends had zymil milk and I had normal milk. Both of their milkshakes tasted off. The milk used was definitely off. When my friend walked up to the counter for a replacement the second lady yelled at her, made her smell the milk, and resisted giving a replacement. Out of annoyance my friend asked for 2 juices and left. This is not the way that customers should be treated. That’s all...

Get this right. I ordered a milkshake with zymil milk, I got it no dramas. Nek minut after my first sip I knew that the milk tasted bad, I told her and the lady just it’s just the milk brand. I have had lactose free milk milkshakes with the same branded milk that they used and it tasted normal. Anyway.... she had a go at me and said that she warned me about this milk brand when IN FACT she just mentioned that the ice cream would not be lactose free, nothing about the taste. I remindered her about that and she wasn’t too happy. In the end I didn’t want to argue so I just asked to swap it out for a juice and she did let me. Then she kept persisting that it’s just the taste of milk 👹. I told her that I had to disagree and all she said was “K Bye.” Honestly this deserves 0 stars but google...
