Was served today and 2 days ago by Ella.

So 2 days ago I was trying to find a specific pair of jeans to suit my needs and when I found myself startled from the range, Ella helped me distinguish which pair may suit me better.

In the end I chose a 2 of the same pair for the 50% on 2nd pair sale price purposes but I didn’t like the fit at home, which Ella said I could return within 60 days

I ended up coming back today and brought the original jeans back to change them for a different pair of Levi’s and Ella made sure the process was as autonomous as possible - stock not available but it will be mailed to me some time next week or so, no worries.

Kudos to Ella - 5 stars for customer service. That’s why I always shop here for...

Today was amazing! Lady at front counter was wonderful, saying hello as soon as we entered. And we didn't ask for help but she saw what we were looking at and just came over to chat about the product and help my missus on fitting the right size! Would say 90% of the reason we chose to purchase here today was because of the lovely lady and her service and willingness to just have a conversation and build rapport! Very rare when coming to a retail shop these days. Our only regret was not getting her name! To the lady from prospect who works here, you are wonderful and keep giving the lovely...

I always feel uncomfortable when I need to exchange an item ( on-line purchase) that is the wrong size. I went to West Lakes store and lucky for me the same employee "Ellla J" was working. Ella J is just the loveliest most polite obliging person I have dealt with in years - anywhere. The style/size/colour (yes I'm fuzzy) were challenging but success.
