Supré West Lakes — Local services in Adelaide

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at Supre Westlakes.

When I visited the store today, all staff members were standing near the counter chatting and gossiping instead of assisting customers. I overheard them making unkind comments about my appearance and that of other customers, which was incredibly unprofessional.

I walked past again about an hour later, and the same group were still standing there talking. Having worked in retail management for over seven years, I know this kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable and not what Supre’s brand should represent.

I hope management addresses this appropriately, as every customer deserves to feel comfortable and respected...

I had such a great experience at Supré! The girls who work there are absolutely lovely, super friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in and were more than happy to help me find sizes and give honest opinions. It’s really refreshing to shop somewhere where the staff actually care and want you to feel good in what you’re trying on. Big shoutout to the team for making my shopping trip so easy...

Went in on Sunday and grabbed some sushi in the way to Supré. While I was eating over my container browsing around the store one of the ladies came over and told me not to eat in store because they had mopped the floors yesterday.
