Disappointed with my experience tonight. Despite informing them about my SEVERE Allergy and explain to them that there is a chance that i can be hospitalised and death if worse, they checked with the chef to confirm there was non of my Allergens, they completely disregarded it and served me food containing my allergen. Came back into the store with my food and spoke too 3 people (employee, owner and manger) Were very rude and asked me my why i had ate a dumpling and putting the blame on me. In the end the owner was rude and picking up a fight that i only got half of my money back ($5.40) This lack of attention to customer safety is unacceptable. As a result, I had a severe reaction and felt extremely unwell and needing medical help. It's vital for businesses to prioritise the well-being of their customers, especially when it comes to allergies. Unfortunately, this place fell short in that regard. Won't be returning and will continue to speak very poorly on this place. Will definitely be contacting Westfield about the poor...

There is a lady that just answered the phone i wanted to place an order and she said it will take about an hour for pick up I said that's fine happy to wait but than she turns around and says "yeah but we have a lot of orders" than kept going on how busy they are i said that's fine you can tell she didn't want anymore orders ?? I said of you don't want business that's fine and she said yeah ?? Wow this place must be swimming in money since they don't want business hope the boss knows how his workers are and is aware of this since we were regular customers since we live near by but not anymore from us Goodbye, word of advice get more staff if your busy and making soo much money NOT TURNING back customers...

Really really disappointed. I asked for a spicy diced chicken noodle with no sauce as they put too much sauce and I don’t like it at all. The guy taking the order tried to understand my order for 10 minutes then he took my order. After 15 minutes I received my order and it was full of sauce in it. When I said him that this is not at all what I wanted I Clearly stated no sauce he took that order to his chef and he shouted at him and then he came back saying me that chef does not want to make my order.
