Worst Butter Chicken Ever Had - I think you should change the name of dish to Super Suggary Jaggery Chicken. Chicken is too sweet. Due to my health issues I can’t eat chillies or spicy food so usually I eat butter chicken as it’s a non spicy dish. But the dish delivered from you guys was like too sugary even I can’t eat. It’s first and worst experience. it’s more sweeter than caramel donut. 😂😂😂. And garlic Nan was uncooked might be made in hurry.

I called the restaurant for the solution. The lady who picked the phone was expert to handle the issue. She was like a recorder playback. What ever you ask she will answer the same thing. “It’s our regular taste of dish” if you need spicy one order next time again. First I thought it’s answering machine and it took me 2 mins to realise that’s not the answering machine. 😂😂😂. I tried my level best to explain my issue but it’s like banging my head with auto answering machine.

Instead of giving the solution, I found lady attitude was quite careless and customer feedback was not important for her. I never write bad reviews about food But that lady inspired to give poor rating. Well, I reorder the same dish and bread from another restaurant and will never ordered again from this restaurant. if you really want to experience the great Indian butter chicken taste then please try another restaurant ( it never spicy and not too sugary like this). Absolutely delicious. Got take away, beef cheeks, butter chicken and some naan. $39 with a 10% discount. Quite expensive but was delicious. Website was slow and had to call customer service as the 10% code didn't auto apply. Was a little hassle but I'm not bothered. Food was incredibly delicious, will be back but will dine in next time as there's dine in deals.
