My previous 5 star rating unfortunately no longer applies. I was a frequent patron since this place opened years ago, however recently the place has gone drastically down hill.

The service is non existent, you are ignored while waiting to order. The staff are quite abrupt and unfriendly when they do get around to serving you.

The coffee used to be amazing, now it tastes burnt and very unpleasant.

The food serves are smaller, take longer to arrive and once they are dumped on your table, it's usually cold and of poor quality.

I thought perhaps there were new staff and visited a few more times, hoping for improvements but I now understand it is new owners.

The last time I came in, I was left standing at the counter for over 10 minutes without acknowledgement while a girl behind the counter was scrolling on her phone. When I asked of it would be much of a wait to order, she sighed and rolled her eyes and walked in to the kitchen, so I left.

Went to a late breakfast today with my hubby . We ordered the 1/2 serve bacon and eggs and toast as we were not that hungry . The meal that was served was a size fit for a two year old! It was not a half serve it was a 1/4 serve .it lacked presentation and was unappealing. the piece of toast that came out was only toasted on 1 side . I ordered a pot of tea . The water in the tea pit was not very hot and a tea bag was placed in the pot . A big big no no . A pot of tea must have loose tea . The tea cup was dirty and off putting . Won’t be returning.

I received a reply from the owner . Please read it ! She believes that a customer had to ask for loose tea in a teapot lol . I think most people know that loose tea belong in tea pits .
