Domino's Pizza Mawson Lakes — Restaurant in Adelaide

I am giving 1 start because I have to and I havenot choice for zero star. I placed an order through the app, which showed as “ready for pickup.” I arrived at the store about 20 minutes later, only to be told by the staff member in charge that they were still waiting on one pizza to come out of the oven. Two pizzas and two garlic breads were apparently already cooked, but they were not in the hot box as expected. It took an additional 20 minutes for them to prepare the last pizza and garlic bread.

all staff was laughing and taking and they dont care whats going on the pending orders. When I asked why the app indicated the order was ready when it clearly wasn’t, another staff member responded by saying, “Don’t rely on the app; it’s not always accurate.” I noticed that my partially completed order was just sitting outside the hot box on a bench for more than 30 minutes , getting cold, while the final items were still being prepared.

To make matters worse, all of the fridges in the store were empty, and there were no drinks available my order had 1.25L pepsi and they gave me three small Pepsi because they did not filled up. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability or basic customer service. Rather than apologizing for the delay and inconvenience, the girl in charge wearing lots of dominos batch on her hat said, “That’s how it works,” as if that excused the poor experience.

Overall, the service and quality were very poor. The staff seemed indifferent to the customer experience, and the app’s inaccurate status update only added to the frustration. Extremely rude and leaving our order on a outside table in the cold with cats around didnt even bother to knock after waiting 1and half hours and 4 calls later the staff letting me know that the driver just left on my 5th call after the app saying 1 and half hours late they said it had been delivered with disbelief I went out side to cold pizzas and sides all cold there reasons to me was they did knock to also be hung up on when I had called again and was upset as we had children crying for their pizza after a long day the manager then out of the blue says I was yelling and she would hang up she never let me speak so that was impossible to do I then went to their store where Naomi the manager was so rude and degraded me in front of a full store of customers repeating the same lie that I yelled at her I simply said I am upset and just wanted my refund which she only refuned me 1 part of our order and stated I have to wait 3 days as it was an online order as if I cared , I had returned everything we ordered I expect the rest of my hard earned money this store has gone to the pack with a dont care attitude theres also no need to be rude to your customers all the people in that store couldn't believe her outburst and her raising her voice to me , I will never step foot in that store again i should of stuck to marcellinas pizza bar ive never ever had a bad pizza or rude staff from there , if you want to run a successful business run it with respect, and find new staff and a manager that actually cares abour her customers, appalling service. On Wednesday, I ordered a the lunch box, which is a personal pizza with two sides. I was told by the person working at the cash register told me that I would have to wait 10-15 minutes, which I was alright with waiting.

It was during 4pm, where I understand that most customers in the area are ordering through pickup. So I was alright waiting in the restaurant for 30 minutes.

However, nobody called my name for an hour and 30 minutes, even though I had been sitting in the uncomfortable seating the entire time. I only heard them asking “has that girl gotten her food yet”, and THAT was when I got my food.

There were six people working at the time, and not one of them asked me within that time if I had eaten? For a fast food place, extremely disappointing. The food was cold by the time I had received it, because the staff had made it, just not given it to me.

During the hour and a half I was there, I heard the employees there being extremely uncivil, and I highly suspect any of their work ethics when a customer was actively sitting in the shop.

I have come to this branch before, but after this experience I do not plan on visiting again. Please train your staff to actually check if each customer has gotten their food, not...
