Gulfview Pizza — Restaurant in Adelaide

Service I got from the Delivery Driver was disgusting. There was no knock on the door just a thud (I actually think he just kicked the door!), that I originally ignored because I thought it was 1 of our kids bumping into the walls. When my wife noticed his silhouette through the front door we realised the pizza was here. I opened the door to a very dishevelled looking man with greasy skin and hair, like he had not showered in a week. All I could smell was cigarette smoke, like he had just chain smoked 4 cigs in the car while our dinner was sitting next to him on the drive over (I only accepted the pizza because I figured since it was in the hot bag, it hopefully was fine). I said hello and got no reply, he said nothing and handed over my change and then said "heres your 7 bucks". I handed him my payment got my pizzas and he left with a forced "see ya". I am not happy because I can still smell the smoke in my lounge room as it wafted into the house in the short time he was here. My wife and I did not enjoy our pizza as it was borderline on being burnt, and I could not stop thinking about the un clean rude man that delivered the pizza. I payed $6 for delivery, he could have at least showered before work, said hello and perhaps not have smoked next to our dinner on the car drive over. Basically there is nothing a representative of this Pizza shop can do or say to make this better, the actions of this grossly unhygienic individual that delivered our pizza represented your business in the wrong way. I will never buy food from you ever again and am considering contacting the Onkaparinga Council about the unhygienic practices your delivery driver is...

Terrible experience. Missing item via Uber eats and manager flat out refused to speak to me via phone. Made junior worker handle the call and wouldn’t discuss delivery item from my order. Appalling customer service. Will never go back. And I don’t accept your response below. The Uber driver was contacted immediately within minutes of delivery and said he was not given the item. So is he lying ? I tried to speak to you directly and you would not take my call. I could hear the manager in the background of the call refusing to take the phone from the junior staff member who should not have had to cover for the manager. I would not have posted this review if you had been willing to show a tiny bit of customer respect...

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered through uber eats two party sized pizzas and is an OPTION on THEIR page that you can order two party size Gluten Free pizzas and when they were delivered we received two small pizzas. No refund was offered, told us it was our own fault. Was charged $70 with no apology or offer of compensation. I would like to ask you to reassess your options because if it is available to be ordered online then that is on the business not who we order through. I am extremely disgusted by the way we were treated and how we were dismissed. They said they tried to contact us through a phone call but there was no evidence regarding that. Will not be...
