Last 2 visits here were less than desirable. Came through drive thru and ordered a medium caramel fudge iced latte. The girl handed me an iced latte with a small dob of cream on top, everytime Iāve ever ordered this from any other HJs it always has caramel drizzled around the sides of the cup and at the bottom so I asked the staff member about this and she rudely said āno we donāt do thatā and slammed the windows shut. I got the attention of another worker and asked her the same question and she apologised and said yes and she will remake it. I could literally hear the first first worker arguing back with the 2nd one saying āI only do it like that for a large one!ā She snatched the caramel fudge off the 2nd worker and went to just squirt it on top of the cream of the already made drink. The 2nd worker took it back off her and remade my drink properly and was very apologetic. All good, not a big deal but appreciated the 2nd workers customer service. 2nd incident was very similar where ordered the same item and again came with no caramel and just a dollop of cream on top, I again said (politely!) isnāt this supposed to have caramel drizzled around the sides of the cup and on top? The worker said ā nope we donāt do that hereā. I pointed out even the picture has it like that and she sighs and very rudely says āIāll remake it for you but youāll have to wait in the waiting bayā and slammed the window shut. I waited 15 minutes in the waiting bay for it to be remade which meant our food was then cold, which was very obviously done on purpose. Now I completely get itās only a drink, really not a huge deal but what ever happened to good customer service? I could understand if I had been rude or abusive to staff but I was not, I simply just asked for what I ordered and was met with bad attitude. Perhaps the way staff are trained to make food/drink items should be the same across the board to avoid any confusion from customers...

Today Wednesday, may 21/07/25 around 6 o clock I went to hungry jack ingle farm to order dinner and I was wating for over an hour just to receive my order a worker named Holly she literally deleted our order because I know that my son specifically said he was keeping an eye on the customer order board and he saw Holly delete our order which is outrageous. And it gets even worse when I asked her about how long for my order and she said she didnāt have our order which we literally paid on the self service I even had a payment saying that I ordered. Then when I went to ask her about a refund 2-3 times she just ignored but when she finally came to us she lied 𤄠about us ordering then she went to go and check then she finally saw the HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING that she did then she said Iāll bring my manager named Ben after she just went back to working when we wore asking about whereās the manager she ignored us the 1st time and on the 2 but on the 3rd we asked whereās the manager and I said ā my time is as important as yoursā and āshe was like sorry I already asked him he said heāll take a secondā and then after ages Ben came and luckily he was kind and gave the refund of $43.20 I am Very disappointed I spent over an Hour waiting for my order and this is not the first time this has happened to me before but I didnāt say anything in the reviews .absolutely bad!. Was told to park out the front as they were waiting on "fresh food" after 15 mins I went in to see what the holdup was and they advised the order still wasn't ready as they were waiting on hash browns however I could see all the drive though cars at the window receiving their hashbrowns straight away, I had to return to my car as I had children waiting and then went in again 5 mins later and it still wasn't ready. Had to take half order and leave without the hash browns as my son was late for school and it was now 850am. The guy that was next to us also waiting in the drive through order wait zone also had to go in to get his order after waiting a ridiculous amount of time. If you're ever told to wait out front just refuse to park and wait, they will push your order to the bottom of the line! I'm also now out of pocket $7.50 for the 3 hash browns...
