Sat in drive thru waiting to be served for nearly 15 mins, so ended up going in store. Only two customers in store and three ride share/delivery drivers. Stood and waited approx 7-10 mins thinking that other customers had been served and waiting for their orders,,,,, but no, they had not even been served and there orders were only being taken 7-10mins later that I in store had already been waiting to be served. Finally got served and not just the attendant that took my order, but all front of counter staff, were attitude like I was a bother, not friendly at all, actually rather. Rude. My order was 3 X chicken royals add cheese, 2 X Coke spiders & 1 X mango spider. From being served to time I received my order, burgers were sitting ready for bout 5 mins before drinks were yet to start being prepared. Chicken was dry cold and like rubber, mayo was a DOB smaller than a 10 cent piece. Drinks weren't even poured to 3/4 full in the cup. I understand that especially at the moment with covid and masks, rules, distancing etc, patience and other patrons behaviours are probably at a low and testing the demeanor and customer service given by your staff, but come on..... I don't expect a full fun chit chat, but a simple hello, how can I help you, or atleast drop the attitude and sour pout looks, after all part of the hourly pay rate is for providing atleast polite and respectful, inter-actional service, even if you cant work a cash register or cook a burger. I placed an order through doordash it had a few different meals in them two of them I ordered with NO BEEF PATTY I know it’s a bit unusual but I’m VEGETARIAN and when I received my order they had MEAT on them. I kindly called the store to ask what I should do, I was then told by the manager that I should make a complaint through doordash. I went to complain on doordash and it was offering me a refund of $7!! That’s not even enough to cover the cost of both burgers!!! I called the store back 7 times before the manager decided to pick up the phone. I kindly told her the situation and explained the refund through doordash doesn’t even cover the cost of both the burgers they messed up and asked if I could come down to the store and have the items replaced. The manager started getting snarky at me and said “no we don’t do that” when in fact I know they do bc the weekend prior they had messed up my sisters food and they happily replaced it for her and when I told the manager this she asked me who I spoke to and I didn’t know and all the said was “well I can’t do anything” so I explained that I wasn’t sure what to do then as I wouldn’t be able to order new burgers without loosing money as the refund was only a few dollars. My partner would suggest with his Aussie burger, with the double beef patties was a little dry, maybe add a slice of cheese or gherkins so it's not as dry,but still enjoyed. The only thing we we're really not happy with was one of the girls serving at front counter on the 10th November around 2,20 and 3 pm (Tues) She was very rude, no friendly manners and was quite abrupt. We didn't catch her name, but she didn't put all our order together and walked away before we had even picked it up from the counter. My partner had to come back inside and collect a soft serve and large drink, too which she rudely said to my partner, " i told you about your drink and ice-cream" We we're both inside and all that was on Counter was the bag with food inside and the glass, that we had to ask as she never offered when we purchased a large meal.
