Disgusting Service .. Thought it'll get better .. They always make sure to forget something , we went there for 4 Saturdays . Didn't wanna make big fuss .. Today I went Drive through and spoke to a very rude girl who speaks so fast didn't understand a word ! They may know their menu but not every customer know the menu , I asked from the girl who was at the "pay here" counter. She said that's our " MANAGER " seriously ????? NOT A SURPRISE WHEN A DUMB MANAGER RUNS IT AND forget at least one from an order !! I ordered

I just dropped in for a quick bite before an evening client meeting. I was greeted by Sebastian who was clearly the shift supervisor. (I asked for his name afterwards). In my work, I eat more takeaway than I'd like to admit and this young man had his shift under control. He was enthusiastic. There was a technical issue with the EFTPOS and he communicated it clearly and had a great solution. He was respectful to his team members whilst leading the shift and during the 20 minutes I ate, he dealt with a complaint due to a mis-order from drive thru and again he handled it exemplary.

I haven't felt a need to review a fast food outlet for quite some time. Mostly it just meets a need, but the opposing levels of service I received in the drive through today amazed me so much I had to post a review. The young lady taking my order was exceptionally friendly, with an enthusiastic voice, even while trying to up-sell me when I had clearly ordered what I wanted. This demenour continued when I paid her for my meal. And this, just after their busy lunch period. The young lady that served me my meal was the polar opposite. She handed my food and drink out the window without a word, not even looking at me. I was stunned. I hope that she was in training, and that her manager encourages her to improve her...
