So last night at approximately 11pm in your store, we proceeded to get a late night snack. Upon arrival we were subjected to a rude awakening at the ordering box. All we were after was a split order with 2 seperate payments, however that seemed to be too much to ask. Carrying on, we paid and waited for our food, once getting our food we were told everything for both orders was in the bag (IT WAS NOT). We then moved forward to the waiting bay to workout and rectify what we were missing as a group. After 10 minutes, I decided to get out the car and attempt entry to the restaurant so we could get some much needed help, however it was locked. After realising it was locked and I was severely frustrated a staff member looked after to us. We told them what we were missing and they went off to fix it, which would’ve been all well and good. However, when we got the rectified order, our burgers and fries were chucked in the bag with no due care, and it almost seemed like the fries were scooped directly into the bag and not into the packaging. As none of them were in there designated boxes. Very very disappointing experience from someone who is local to this store and frequents it often, sort it out HJS. One would think with the profits made by Hungry Jacks that they could afford to have their machinery fixed or replaced.
A total waste of time, and petrol when waiting in the drivethru and not being able to get out of the line, or parking the car going inside and waiting while it takes two people to serve one person with the 'Team Leader' (or line Manager) swans around ignoring the ever growing waiting line until he's ready to serve someone.
They should copy McDonald's they get people to park in a designated area when the drivethru is full then send someone out with the food and drinks so as not to hold the line-up unnecessarily.

Read moreI just picked up my order through the drive through and live 40 seconds away from this store. I asked for my meall to be extra extra hot. When I opened my meal up the fries are just warm and the burger wasn't even Luke warm. I'm tired of paying full price for hot food that's bearly warm. I was their only customer at 2.35am and had to wait longer, which i expected because i asked for my meal to be extra hot. This was not to be. I'm sick of complaining to the Store Managers. Not once in the 6 years I've lived have I ever received a hot meal. When I order a meal at the Woodville store I've never had to ask for it to be made extra hot as their meals are always very hot.
