Visited on 29th August after calling ahead to check if our group of 6 could come for pizza. We were told to arrive by 8pm. We came at 7:50.
From the very beginning, the service was extremely poor. An older lady with black hair (possibly the manager) ignored us. When I said we had a booking for 6, she told us she was cleaning a table — but it took her 15 minutes to do so. When I tried to grab a menu from the counter to speed things up, she rudely snapped that it was the “wrong” menu.
When we were finally seated, there were only 5 chairs for 6 people. No apology — I had to go and organise my own chair. No one came to ask if we wanted drinks or to take our order. At 8:20 she finally came over only to tell us that we couldn’t order pizza anymore — in a pizza restaurant! No apology, just rudeness.
The whole experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. The place itself is hot, loud, and not worth the hassle. I will never come back. There are plenty of much better Italian restaurants in Adelaide — I highly recommend ITL at the Casino, Fugazzi, Osteria Oggi and many others instead.

Read moreFood was good, but definitely a bit on the pricier end. And the food was pretty much too big (which at least justifies the price a bit more). Luckily you’re able to take a take away container to take it home.
Their pizzas are pretty much a shareable size (2 or possibly even 3 can comfortably have it and even then you may have left overs). You could easily get away with adults eating from the children’s menu (from what I saw of their pizzas) size-wise. Probably a more decent reasonable price if you split it (so re pricing that might be on me for not realising to do that).
The L-shaped layout helps break up the place a little; so it ends up not feeling overcrowded or anything, and it’s easy to hold conversations with groups of ppl at a long table (so not too noisy or anything).
So I guess it’s a good place to meet friends and share...
Read moreWe had a generally pleasant experience dining here, though there were a few notable letdowns. To start with the positives, the atmosphere was beautiful and aesthetic, and we enjoyed a lovely view of the chefs at work. The burrata entree was delicious, and my seafood pasta was flavourful and satisfying. However, there were some drawbacks. The menu options were quite limited for vegetarians and vegans, as most pasta/pizza dishes included pork. While my seafood pasta stood out, the linguine and gnocchi lacked depth of flavour. Service was another disappointment—we waited nearly 35–40 minutes for our mains to arrive, and it took a while before anyone initially approached our table. Lastly, given the high price point (over $30 per dish), the portion sizes felt...
