I have been a regular for over 5 years and normally the food here has been ok. But, this afternoon when my daughter bought two Vietnamese rolls, the bread was completely hard and dried out. Neither of us could even properly bite it. I decided to explain this to the lady, but instead of accommodating she started shouting at me and bottom line told me to never come back.
