Kafe 258 — Restaurant in Adelaide

First time visit to Kafe258 and gosh what a pleasant surprise. I ordered the 'enormous' breakfast and an Earl Gray tea. The enormous consisted of Hash brown Bacon 2 eggs Mushroom Tomato Sausage And toast Everything was tasty and well cooked, the eggs were perfect the toast very nice crusty style. I always worry about sausages but todays offering was a very flavourful affair that I would happily have again. I will admit that I prefer rind on my bacon but it did not take away from the breakfast at all. Tomato was fine and the hash brown was also good. I have left my favourite till last. The mushrooms were spectacular beautifully cooked with perfect seasoning and excellent taste. The staff were excellent and the price was very much lower than what I am used to. 0verall I highly recommend Kafe 258. Thanks for a great breakfast experience....

Sunday 15th April - Hubby and I popped in for a late breakky. Midday (ish) Neat, tidy, clean and not cramped up like some other cafes. Staff were all just lovely and welcoming. I was happy with the wait time of our orders. Very fair priced (I've paid a lot more for a lot less) and fresh. Both meals hade a lovely home style taste and presentation about them. Walked away with a full tummy and a happy face. Definitely an affordable regular...

Called in for lunch, on the Specials board they had many different foods to choose from. Only problem was that when we ordered for the two of us they advised us that the food we wanted was bit available. So Why have it on the Specials board if it's not available? It was only 11.30 am.
