Not happy about this place. None of what we used order is there anymore. Very disappointing!!! You've lost good customer's. A heads up on our last order would have been nice!!

Do the right thing and take away any reviews that are nothing to do with this new business. According to all reports, the food sucks. The signage says real food, real chefs, hahahaha 😆 😂 🤣 yeah that's funny!!

Yeah, I'm not going to be trying your 'new food'. 1/ price 2/ other people's reviews, I believe them. 3/ what I used to order isn't even on the menu anymore. So no thank you!!! I can't afford to waste money on food that I probably won't be happy with. The old menu was good, the old food was good, the service was good but to not tell your costumers that the change was happening shows lack of respect. So you've lost mine!!! Why have you not deleted old reviews? It's a totally different menu so you can't really own those ones anymore.

My family has been a customer of Flips for over 10 years (I think), so imagine our surprise when the business suddenly shuts for “renovation” for over a week without any warning and when we go to order after renos were done and come to find a completely different business. Menu completely different and all prices have been raised. Business is stingy by removing some of the old toppings and thinning out the bases so they taste like cardboard. Clearly they do not care about there customers as to my understanding absolutely no warning of this on there voicemail message, website or Facebook page. Absolutely disgusting. We didn’t know the menu had changed and ordered the same as we normally do. It was delivered with things missing from the pizzas and some things randomly added. Called them and they gave us new stuff for free but damn not the same business anymore. Average and expensive. Don’t bother. We are sad to say we will now be...

I don't know what has happened. But have the Schnitzels have gone way down hill?? The 1KG chicken schnity was ok. Bit oil logged. (they never used to be. We have gone in and picked up many Schnity's & pizzas. Got delivery a couple times too, were always great!) But this time we were very disappointed. Chips were over cooked and oil soaked. Threw half out. (look in pics) the 1KG beef/wagu schnity was just miserable not only was paper thin (not exaggerating pics speak for themselves. the crumbing was twice as thick as the meat) was also tough as leather, not seasoned not tenderised. Chicken was also not tenderised and a little over cooked and tough. but at least was fairly thick. Tried to ring store fo0r a talk about it. no answer, no one rung back. Still recommend going there and trying them yourselves. Im hoping this...
