Usually use the drive thru and 50% of the time they get the order wrong. They usually forget an item or a added extra on a burger that we have paid for. Ive had some staff that have excellent customer service. Always say hello, are friendly and polite. But have had others that barely speak at all. Once at the pay window I had a girl serve me and she did not say one word to me. Didn't say hello, tell me the price or even tell me to drive to the next window.. She just took my money, handed me the change and went back to taking orders on the mic. It wasn't even busy. Was the worst customer service I have received. Food is a hit or miss. Had some really nice burgers but also had awful burgers, the has been really dry amd bun is old or is so oily it's dripping. Also had them way ovwr do it with the sauce so you cant taste anything else. And other times not enough sauce so you cant even taste it. Fries can be good but many times they have been old and cold or have completely forgotten thw salt on them. Ive stopped getting myself food because paying $8 - $10 for a awful burger isn't worth it.. I just buy for the kids now. The few times we have sat inside to eat we have had great customer service. Friendly staff and quick to bring our order. Unfortunately the playground is so tiny not many kids can play amd only really suited for up to 5yr olds. It gets REALLY hot in there in summer as its not air conditioned like most other McDonald's Donalds playgrounds.
