Redeem a coffee through drive-thru then when I pressed the back arrow it said processing payment and then purchased an order I made a few days prior?!I drove around and went inside the McDonald's and was told there is a support section on the app and that the store couldn't do anything about it. This was a lie because when I went on the app there was no support section so I went on the McDonald's website and put in a complaint to get my money back (I didn't receive the meal that the app paid for by the way). So I put in my compliant and then had the Noarlunga store email me.... So that manager could have helped me in the first place when I went into the store. I responded to the email with the details of the refund (which is what 'Nikki' asked for) and never heard back. I emailed her again asking how the process is going and she never replied. So then I made another McDonald's complaint but didn't choose a specific store this time. The lady emailed me and asked for the same details as Nikki did but asked what store it was. When I handed over this information AGAIN I haven't heard anything. They have just taken my money. Avoiding to refund me. Me and my partner always say the Nikki is the good manager at Noarlunga and always does well at her job we've noticed but this is very poor customer service and leaving me with missing money. I just want my money back! This happened on 6/10/2018 it is now 6/11/2018 ive beenbdealing with this for a month nownand have gotten no where. Everywhere else seems to be able to help and sort out refunds for their mistakes why does McDonald's find it so hard!
UPDATE: JUST OVER A MONTH LATER AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY REFUND. EMAILED HEAD OFFICE AND ELISHA ASKED FOR THE DETAILS OF THE ORDER SO SHE COULD PROCESS A REFUND (JUST LIKE NIKKI SAID) AND AFTER I DID THAT MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED AGAIN!! I JUST WANT MY F*ING MONEY....
