I do not usually write reviews but after tonight I think it is justified.
Never have I ever experienced such a horrid experience as I have ordering Ubereats from this establishment. The degree and consistency of their ability to not get a single Ubereats order correct, in the four years I have been ordering from them, is not only astounding, it takes effort. I am entirely convinced that there are employees there who would rather sabotage my dining experience over putting together a comprehensive meal.
I work at an establishment with Ubereats. I know the behemoth of a task that is operating a 24 hour establishment that offers dine in and takeaway meals and I know that I cannot expect it to be operating at 100% efficiency 100% of the time. That is still no excuse for the alarming rate that they mess up my orders.
I know the Ubereats system isn't perfect either. I attribute about 30% of my horrible experience to drivers cancelling my order, or just giving me someone else's order. That's still 70% of the blame on McDonald's. A multi-billion dollar corporation that can't remember to take the pickles off of my cheese burger.
Tonight I waited an hour for my food. And when it arrived, I received only a bag with two sodas and an ice-cream without M&Ms (we asked for them). When I asked where the food was the driver told me he was only given one bag. I don't know who to blame here but it's a Wednesday night. The ice in our sodas had completely melted before it even got to my door step. The place is a 3 minute drive from mine. It should not be this difficult.
Thanks for reading my review. I would ask that the employees read it, but they can't even read my...
Read moreHopeless, if less than one star was an option I'd be giving it Zero. Always running out of decaf, management never seems to get the hint to order more..... even when I have asked them on multiple occasions to do so as I come here almost daily for my coffee. Drive thru service is slower than a wet weekend and they have two speakers which they never seem to feel the need to use the second. They close the doors at 10:30pm absolutely ridiculous......... around 90% of the time I've had my order taken it's seems to fall on deaf ears as they manage to mess it up even though they repeat the order to you or wait until I get to the payment window to inform me that they are unable to provide my order due to them yet again running out of decaf. This is very frustrating as when I'm using a free coffee code or prepaid with the app they need to send me to another store because the free coffee cannot be put back on my app or they give me a refund then I have to go to another store. This McDonald's takes the convenience out of drive thru service along with not being reliable with having enough stock to manage their customers. Oh and I forgot to mention that I've had to return my coffees multiple times due to coffee grinds being in my coffee, coffee being cold or not being made with the correct milk! PLEASE ORDER MORE...

If you're ever curious what disappointment tastes like, just swing by this McDonald's. Actually—don’t. Save yourself the time, the money, and your will to live. This place manages to fail at the one thing McDonald's is supposed to do: serve hot food quickly.
I waited over 20 minutes (yes, twenty) for what should’ve been a two-minute meal, only to receive a sad, lukewarm disaster masquerading as food. The fries? Cold, limp, and greasier than a mechanic’s rag. The burger? Room temperature cardboard slathered in regret. Even the Coke tasted like it had given up trying.
The staff looked as disinterested as the food did lifeless. I’m not sure what’s happening in that kitchen, but it clearly involves neither speed nor cooking. It’s like a time warp where both flavor and customer service go to die.
How do you mess up a McChicken? Wellllllll, this location has found a way . Honestly, the only thing hot about this experience was my blood pressure after waiting in line for a meal that tasted like betrayal. Do yourself a favor: eat literally anywhere else. Gas station sushi would...
