Ordered spicy chicken bolas three years ago. Still have the hat it comes with to this day. Have eaten many more meals from this establishment since. Chicken is never burnt, anyone who says so is a liar. Best wraps I’ve ever ordered. Burgers and wraps are always full of chicken. Chips are never bone cold. Always well staffed, tables and floors are always as clean as can be. They always everything as well as the deep fryer going. Have never had the worst food poisoning from a Bondi burger. All chicken strips present. The burger is exactly what what you see on the tv advertisement. The pulled chicken burger is far from a coleslaw burger, gotta be a whole chicken in here. Ordered through Uber Eats, food was delivered in a timely manner but order was wrong. Didn't receive a regular chips and drink with one meal as ordered, they mixed up the dipping sauces and put them in the wrong box and then didn't label the burgers, they smothered the burger and wrap with chilli sauce which made it taste disgusting as all you could taste was the sauce, the chips were soggy and limp and tasted unsalted and the tenders were black. I understand the order was made at almost 9pm at night but there is no excuses for this sloppy food. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend ordering from this location ever. Do yourself a...

On several occasions I've had my order messed up. 2 no peri peri on my chicken 1 garlic and lemon but asked for peri peri. Most recently I politely asked to remember the sauce this time . Drove off down the southern expressway and sneaked a chip in . Cold . 2 mins from the shop the chips where Luke warm even in the centre of the mass.

Rang straight away guy asked if I wanted to return I pointed out I'm now 3/4 home . Would you like the manager to ring you tomorrow . Yes that would be great . Day 1 no call day 2 no call . So I call no answer. I call again phone hangs...
