Thursday 16th -November- 23 No acknowledgment from staff on first arriving as they were busy attending to others when booking had been discussed where we would like to sit but were told we were sitting elsewhere. Staff very vague. Approximately 20 people for lunch on various table. 2 on our table we’re told after nearly an hour the Liver dish wasn’t available it had run out. one lady sent her meal back as it had a hair in it. My husband, daughter and myself had our Christmas lunch here yesterday. The food was fantastic, plenty of it, all fresh and tasty. The whole place was buzzing and obviously very busy but the staff was wonderful, happy and smiling all the time despite seemingly understaffed (tables at our end of the room weren't cleared until the end of dessert). Went to the st francis winery restaurant for a mates birthday celebration. Staff were fantastic, really friendly and helpful and attentive. All the meals were beautiful cooked to perfection. 1 roast, 1 steak, 1 fish and chips and 1 chicken burger. Prices were very very good and quality of the food was great.
