Orchid 9 Cafe — Restaurant in Adelaide

Service is on steroids at Lunch on 9 !! I’ve been coming for a few weeks and service is above any other cafe I’ve been to ... and I’ve reviewed almost 200 coffee cafes so that in itself is extraordinary :) So for me the coffee has to be great - and I’m hard to please but Richard here has surpassed perfect! He continues to think of ways to make it even better than perfect and always checks to make sure it’s awesome for me. But the food is fabulous too! The sandwiches Nora makes are so fresh and full of fillings that it’s hard to get your mouth open wide enough to bite! The hot food has been outstanding too - you can even try a taste test before you order if you aren’t sure. I'm from Perth W.A and go out of my way EVERY time I'm in Adelaide to go to Lunch on 9! My colleagues laugh when I take them, after my raving on, as it is an unassuming lunch bar from outside BUT everyone is on side when they realise how AMAZING the sandwiches are.
