Subway — Restaurant in Adelaide

This is our 2nd time going here, had the same staff member both time. He was unprofessional, and not willing to provide good customer service. He didn’t wear his name tag either time we we still don’t know his name to put in an official complaint. Also some of the products were not in the sandwich unit and when we asked about them he would just say he was out of stock, when we could see some sitting on the back counters waiting to be prepared. He also didn’t listen to what we asked many times, putting wrong cheese, meat, salads and sauces on our products, and when we asked if he could remake the sub he would complain and ask if we could deal with the sauce or say we should have told him the correct sauce first. The staff dint get what I ordered, I ordered a veggie patty with no spinach and lettuce and when I confronted him that it was not my order he literally told me to remove the spinach and lettuce from what he gave and eat it, and he even showed me the printed receipt and was not ready to accept that the receipt said r spinach r lettuce that’s remove spinach and remove lettuce. Went there very late at night and was served by an aussie dude who was chill and made a good sandwich. Went back today at 5am and got served by an indian dude who started sketching out hard after hearing a noise, then told me to not wear a hoodie if i come back (I was in a fluffy purple oodie lmao).
