Wow just wow! Being European I like to think I know my pasta but tonight I experienced One my favourite meals on a whole new level. The ravioli carbonara was absolutely incredible and was a sweet little taste of my families hometown back In the goat dwelling mountains of northern Italy. However Unlike like those unfriendly goats, I just had the most amazing experience with Rochelle , She had the most amazing customer service And was so supportive of helping me making the most important decision of my night and even perhaps my life. My souls quest to find the most delicious ravioli carbonara could potentially be over which could ultimately give my life no meaning however it’s in the amazing food and the delightful customer service I’ll add new meaning to my souls Pasta experience. Had a really bad customer service a few weeks ago experience was rushed and felt judged as I tried to navigate the menu visiting for the first time and trying to gain an understanding. I appreciate the chief and the pasta was great however the whole experience. They have asked I remove this review, however it was my genuine experience visiting pasta go go Unley I have removed the name of the employee but I do not appreciate this attempt at resolution it is unprofessional

Great food and okay service. Our family of five has a tradition of getting Pasta Go Go every Sunday, and we've been loyal customers at the Norwood, Henley beach and Unley locations. We typically spend over $100 each week.

However, I recently started asking for chili on the side, and while it's free to add chili to the pasta according to the menu, I was charged an extra $1 when I requested it on the side. To be honest, it's not about the dollar, but the principle of it.
