Don’t ever order anything extra on Uber eats at this place. They ask for a pictures of you want a refund and a bit late after I had eaten my burrito. Generally when you eat a burrito sometimes you don’t always reach the salsa part until you get to the bottom, well I ordered extra salsa filling and there wasn’t even a standard amount. Just a whole lot of sauce rice and chicken. Zero flavour. When I got to the bottom there was nothing, I obviously can’t send a picture of a burrito mostly eaten, they’d just say I ate the rest that had the desired filling. Partner and I got here at 9:10 on a Friday night and waited in the queue for quite literally 25 minutes. 4 girls ‘working’…2 out the back doing sweet FA with a queue of about 10 people that was moving slower than a conversation with my 91 year old grandmother. Highlight was finally being first in line to order and being told that the EFTPOS machine was no longer working and that we could not be served. 2 people in front of us then got their meals for free! Just had another delivery with salsa we asked NOT to get and black guacamole. I emailed the store as requested when I complained a while ago as below. Not much point as they said contact uber. How about just sending out the correct food? Also I'm concerned the driver might not get paid if I complain to Uber.it was not his fault.
