Been coming here since 1995, last few visits after change of ownership have been really really bad
Waited 28 minutes for a family meal this week, that's for a pre-cooked ready to go chook and 2 premade salads plus a medium bag of chips. We live 800m from the shop and drove directly home to find the food COLD and had to microwave it, yes microwave chips and the chicken.....
Yuros is more full of gristle than meat
Tabouli salad had sea water level of salt
Prices are up service and quality is down
The shop and kitchen is filthy, the staff inattentive, disorganised and placing their social life above customer service. The waiting / eating area was arctic cold due to front door open assisting in the food going cold amongst general disorganisation.
The same Uber drivers were coming, collecting an order, delivering that order and then returning for their next order up to 3 times over while we waited.
I provided constructive feedback through their website for no response so here is my review
Go to another shop, vote with our feet because they are not listening to their customers!

Do not accuse me of leaving reviews under false accounts, this was my first ever google review, and it was factual and honest. I think you are getting confused with a respected Real Estate agent "Mark Wedding" who left you a review , is literacy also not your strong point?

After 2 minutes the order was not accepted and I receive an automated email telling me that basically as they were too busy, the order was not accepted in time, my $80 taken from my account and I will have to wait potentially a few days until I get my money back, what a disgrace. So you took my money without fulfilling my order, what if that was the last of my money to feed my kids? I then rang the store to complain and see if a solution could be offered, spoke with manager who was not apologetic at all. Asked how she thought it was ok to take my money but not provide my food. She said “she didn’t take the money” as apparently a third party vendor manages the payments. To which I replied, if you use that vendor then it is you who has take. My money. Received no apology at all. Don’t offer an online service if you can’t accept the orders on time and then take people’s money and expect them to wait for a refund. But today when I went for lunch special deal at 2.50 pm and asked for 2 lunch specials, the young lady said she cannot do it and will charge extra as lunch special is no more. Seriously it’s not 3 pm yet so can you say no . And if you close lunch specials before 3 and update time in board outside your shop. Terrible experience and we went out without getting food. This is not at all good customer service. Any doubts review your cameras in the shop, I was in shop before 3 pm approx at 2.50 pm on Sunday 23 /05/2021.
