Food was good, service awful. I went in and ordered two dishes to take away; they took my name, I paid and then say down to wait. While waiting more orders came in over the phone and from walk ins. Anyway, I thought my order might have come out (they stack them up on the counter the other side) because it was one small and one large container, but it could have been a phoned in order. Anyway I waited for a little longer; still nothing. Eventually after waiting for 35mins I went and asked how much longer mine would be and they rifled through stacked up orders and pulled mine out. Seriously, was anyone ever going to tell me it was ready? I could have sat there for another half an hour and no-one would have said anything. The same happened to the lady I was say on the couch with. How are customers supposed to know their order is ready if the staff don't tell them? On top of that, my order was now going cold at this point and then he asked me how I wanted to pay when I'd already paid. Worst dinning experience ever! Booked table for family arrived on time the place looked in a shambles they were busy we had to find our own table no greeting ordered our food requested all food to come out the same time this did not happen one by one everyone finished at different times my mother had a hair in her food I sent it back it was shown to the lady I asume she is the owner she just swished it away with her hand no apologies just gave us another dish 15 mins later also the satay was frozen I called the waiter I told them this is frozen not fresh she took it away with no explanation, When I got no reply I asked about the satay and after a while they admitted its frozen he said its frozen fresh I explained that Ive been a chef for 40 years and I dont want to sound rude but you cant serve frozen food in a restaurant and charge high prices like that I got no reply at all.
