I’m an Uber Eats driver, and I’ve had to deal with your restaurant a few times now, and honestly, I’ve had enough. Every time I come to pick up an order, I’m waiting for 20-30 minutes. This isn’t just an occasional thing, it’s every single time. And the worst part? We don’t get paid for any of that wait time. What really bothers me though is that you guys mark the orders as "ready" way before they’re actually done. It feels like you’re doing that just to avoid getting penalties, but it’s messing with us drivers who are just trying to get in and out and get paid for the job.
